RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Eligible returns of products purchased on thesecretroom.co.za may be made by mail or in-store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 7 days from the date of delivery to the TSR store.

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE

Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must have their original labels, swing tickets, price tags, and hygiene strips intact and in place.
- Garments must be in original condition, including unworn and unwashed.

3. HYGIENE & SWIMWEAR POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.
Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it is evident that this precaution has not been followed.

4. REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Products without their original labels, tags, or hygiene strips.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect.
If returning in-store, no additional costs will apply.
